Mango Pineapple Christmas Cake

1 x Bakels Rich Fruit Cake Mix
1 1/3 Water
1 Egg
100g Tinned Pineapple Pieces
150g Dried Mango
Get Baking
- Place Bakels Rich Fruit Cake Mix, water and egg in a bowl.
- Mix for 1 minute on a slow speed. Scrape down bowl.
- Mix on a medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Add dried Mango and tinned pineapple pieces and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
- Pour into greased tin (Square or round 20 cm)
- Bake at 165 c until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
- When cold Decorate with a strip of Pettinice Almond and White icing around cake and mound up tropical fruit pieces in centre. Or for a more traditional look cover all of the cake with Pettinice Almond and White Icing.
