Mango Pineapple Christmas Cake

Recipe

1 x Bakels Rich Fruit Cake Mix

1 1/3 Water

1 Egg

100g Tinned Pineapple Pieces

150g Dried Mango

Get Baking

  1. Place Bakels Rich Fruit Cake Mix, water and egg in a bowl.
  2. Mix for 1 minute on a slow speed. Scrape down bowl.
  3. Mix on a medium speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Add dried Mango and tinned pineapple pieces and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
  5. Pour into greased tin (Square or round 20 cm)
  6. Bake at 165 c until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
  7. When cold Decorate with a strip of Pettinice Almond and White icing around cake and mound up tropical fruit pieces in centre. Or for a more traditional look cover all of the cake with Pettinice Almond and White Icing.
